Jajot warrants that any Jajot electronic product purchased is free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use during the specified warranty period. The service division of Laxminaraian Sunderlal Mercantile Private Limited (Jajot Service & Support) guarantees that your product is protected against any technical issues related to its hardware components, software, or user interface, when purchased directly from Jajot or an authorized Jajot reseller.
This limited warranty is valid only during the specified warranty period. Unless explicitly extended under certain conditions, no express or implied warranties will apply once the limited warranty period has expired.

Warranty Coverage & Registration
Coverage: The warranty typically includes repair or replacement of defective parts due to manufacturing faults. It does not cover damages resulting from misuse, physical damage, unauthorized repairs, or missing serial numbers.
Registration: To activate your warranty, Jajot recommends registering your product through their Warranty Registration Form. You’ll need to provide details such as your name, contact information, product model, serial number, date of purchase, and a copy of the invoice
Return & Replacement Policy
Return Window: If you receive a damaged or defective product, you should report it within 10 days of delivery. Ensure that the product is in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation intact.
Replacement: Upon verification, Jajot commits to issuing a brand-new replacement at no additional cost within 7 working days .
Exclusions: Products exhibiting physical damage post-delivery, missing original packaging, or tampered serial numbers are not eligible for return or replacement.
